The human EVO was an unnamed victim of Branden Moses' cure scam.[1]
History
He was one of the many intelligent but physically deformed EVOs that came to Branden Moses, who claimed to have found a cure, looking to be returned to his human form. Instead, he was kidnapped and brought to a laboratory in the Arctic Circle where he discovered what Moses was planning to do to him.

Moses used him as an example of an amplified EVO and an opener for the auction. After his amplification, the nanite mutation that had only encompassed his right arm and right side of his face now covered his entire body, and the brighter purple pores now fired off explosive charges, which killed one of Moses' technicians.[1] After the battle Rex presumably removed the amplification, returning him to his previously mutated state.
