Fortier is a Providence agent. He and his partner, Nyquist, first captured Bobo Haha in the early days of Providence.[1]
History
When White Knight had walked into the Petting Zoo, he noticed Fortier with Nyquist, whom was getting his arm bandaged. Fortier made a side comment telling White Knight that they might have saved the world due to capturing a very difficult and intelligent monkey—Bobo Haha.[1]
