The bouncer is a man that worked as a doorman at a Trendbenders concert.
History
After Rex defeated Sebastian outside of the Trendbenders' concert, the bouncer wouldn't let Rex and Beverly back inside. It wasn't until JoJo invited them backstage that he allowed them to pass.[1]
